  9. Hey man, I’m wondering since I’m already taking a triple strength Omega 3 specifically by Sports Research(the best I’ve ever tried), is it ok to take flaxseed oil at the same time? I mean flaxseed oil is also Omega 3 but plant based. Also, I’m taking multivitamins from Optimum Nutrition and I’m planning to take vitamin C and B-complex supplements separately. Do you think it isn’t overkill?

    Too much vitamin a can be dangerous for hair
    One can get vitamin a from natural sources easily
    Because tablet is high in potancy so please read right things before buy suppliments

  15. Btw your diet should be the most important aspect. You can get most of these bs supplements through a healthy whole food diet. Eat your vegetables, fish such as sardines, salmon. Grass fed bbef, oatmeal, berries, etc. Just take a multivitamin + healthy diet and you're good
